Well, we weren't planning on purchasing a car that day. My husband said we would only be 2 hours. When we arrived, he told me to look for an Italian gentleman. Upon arriving to KIA's Gateway dealership, salesman Vito Grippo stepped out to welcome us. I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle for myself, but even knowing this, Vito was nothing but extremely helpful and cordial. He was very knowledgable of the vehicles and answered all of our questions. After telling him I was interested in test driving the KIA Forte Koup he got the keys and we went for a spin. I came in the dealership after having a terrible experience at competing dealership in the area that day. I needed to downgrade my truck but still have enough room for my 8 year old twins and another one on the way. Vito greeted me and my mother at the door....big difference from the competing dealership that left me and my mother to our own devices for 30 minutes to be exact. I wanted to buy a Optima EX. I had a trade in that I owed more than its value was. Marc and Vito work with me and was able to put me in a car I thought I could never get. The Optima Hybrid. They accepted my trade and paid it off and I walked out with a fully loaded Hybrid at close to what I wanted my payments to be. I will be back.
